GLOW25 / PLATFORM TRANSFORMATION

A commerce foundation
built for what comes next.

A costly legacy stack was limiting the business. I built the case for change and led the move to a shared commerce platform across markets.

The result: new markets can launch in days, business teams can self-serve, and the platform is simpler to operate.

03 / HOW I LEAD

Clear direction.
Real ownership.

The principles behind the work.

01

Start with the business.

What changes for the customer? What does it do for revenue, cost, or risk? Those questions shape what we build and why.

02

Fix what limits growth.

Sometimes it’s the architecture. Sometimes it’s ownership or the way teams work. Find the constraint, then change it.

03

Build lasting capability.

Give people a clear direction and the tools to own their work. Create platforms, decisions, and teams the business can build on.
